I. Reg Tickets/ Refunds & Reservations:

II REGARDING RESTRICTIONS

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals, used by the hearing and visually impaired. Kennel services are not available.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the park, except for babies and expectant mothers with special dietary needs.
Yes, personal cameras are allowed for leisure photography, but action cameras like GoPros and selfie sticks are not permitted.

III REG FACILITES:

The park offers excellent Himachali cuisine, along with various other cuisine options at its restaurants.
Yes, there is a first aid room and access to on-call doctors. Staff can assist in locating the first aid room.

Currently, there is no Wi-Fi service available within the park.
Yes, we have a baggage counter facility, but it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests are advised not to bring valuables. If necessary, they can be stored at the baggage counter at your own risk.
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available, and Jain food can be provided with prior request.
Information booth is located at the entrance.
Yes, there are ATM machines available within the park.
Alcohol is served at the park’s restaurants; however, outside alcohol is prohibited.

Summer (April – June): Summers at Dev-Lok are generally mild to moderately warm. Temperatures range from around 20°C to 30°C. It’s a pleasant time to visit, with clear skies and comfortable weather for outdoor activities.

Monsoon (July – September): During the monsoon season, Dev-Lok receives moderate to heavy rainfall. The weather is humid, and there may be occasional thunderstorms. Visitors should be prepared for wet conditions and plan outdoor activities accordingly.

Autumn (October – November): Autumn brings cooler temperatures to Dev-Lok. Days are generally sunny with clear skies, and temperatures range from around 15°C to 25°C. It’s a great time for trekking and enjoying the natural beauty of the region.

Winter (December – February): Winters in Dev-Lok are cold, normally 1°C to 15°C  with temperatures dropping below freezing point. Snowfall is rare here but 11 km above if Manali at a higher elevations. Which is ideal for winter sports and enjoying the snowy landscapes.

Overall, Dev-Lok offers a diverse climate throughout the year, catering to different preferences and activities. Visitors should check the weather forecast before planning their trip and pack accordingly.

It’s recommended to allocate at least 2 hours to explore the entire park.
Yes, the Theme Park operates 7 days a week from 10 am to 8 pm, with restaurants open until 12 pm. However, occasional closures may occur due to regulatory reasons.
Yes, the park will be introducing new digital shows shortly.
All attractions are open, except for golf that is not possible during snow or monsoon seasons.
Digital shows are safe for all ages. However, caution is advised for motion platform rides, especially for individuals with vertigo or heart/blood pressure issues.
